Attorney William F. Gramer joined the law firm of Richard O’Neill, Jr. & Associates in May 2006.

Mr. Gramer received his juris doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 1999 after completing the accelerated 3 year B.A/J.D degree program at Syracuse University . He was granted admission to the New York State Bar and Federal District Court in January 2000 as well as the Massachusetts State Bar in May 2006.

Prior to joining Richard O’Neill, Jr. & Associates, Mr. Gramer was a litigator for Siegal Law Offices in Albany , New York from August 1999 to May 2006. His areas of practice were family law, civil litigation, business law and real estate law. Currently, Mr. Gramer is focusing on divorce and family law, estate and elder law and real estate law.
